Great food and service. The atmosphere was great and family friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The also have good music.

I was in the area with my friends after completing a 5K race and we decided to eat afterwards. We are welcomed by a pleasant staff including a waitress name Angel Who provided great service. I ordered a French Rose drink which is very good and enjoyed the shrimp and catfish platter with two sides. I don't live in this general area but I would recommend stopping by based on the friendly staff as well as spacious and well decorated interior. The bathrooms were also clean as well which is very important in my opinion.

I recently visited Quotes Restaurant for brunch, and it exceeded all expectations! Located conveniently right outside the mall, parking was a breeze. I arrived around 10:30 AM on a Saturday before the brunch rush, and was promptly seated. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made sure we felt right at home. The vibe of the place was fantastic--great music playing, a cozy yet modern atmosphere, and impeccable service. I couldn't help but appreciate how the entire experience, from the presentation of the food to the ambiance and even the cocktails, was perfectly curated. The playlist? Absolutely on point, setting a great tone for the meal. Our waitress, Angel, was amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and offered some excellent recommendations. It's clear she knows the menu well, and her service truly elevated the experience. Now, let's talk about the food. It was fresh, hot, and so delicious that I didn't even need a to-go box! I started with the Smoking Lemon Drop cocktail, which was as visually impressive as it was tasty--the smokiness paired perfectly with the sweetness of the drink and a hint of Grand Marnier. For the main course, I went with the catfish & shrimp platter, accompanied by Gouda mac & cheese, broccolini, and a cornbread waffle. The crunch on the catfish and shrimp was spot-on--crispy and full of flavor. The cornbread waffle was a surprise highlight: subtle but packed with just the right amount of flavor, adding a unique twist to the dish. The mac & cheese was creamy and indulgent, and the broccolini added the perfect touch of freshness to balance everything out. Overall, Quotes has it all: a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding food. I'll definitely be back!

Our first visit to Quotes was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Brit, our server and manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We tried the oxtail empanadas for the first time--I was a bit hesitant, but Brit's recommendation was spot on! She ensured our food was fresh, served promptly, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were incredible, so much so that we ordered a second portion to go. Quotes have such a great vibe, and Brit truly made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you, Brit, for a fantastic experience!

The service I received from Britt was excellent. The restaurant was clean, Britt was very attentive when my cup was low, or when I needed more napkins to wipe up the sauce from those delicious wet lemon pepper wings.

POSITIVES We had a great start with our reservations being honored and immediate seating upon arrival. The food and drinks were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was lively and fun. IT'S A VIBE! ‼ Initial Concerns ‼ While our experience started strong, we did encounter a few issues during our visit. Service became noticeably slower as the restaurant got busier, and the request to hand over my credit card as soon as we sat down made me uncomfortable. I later learned that this was a precaution due to past issues with customers walking out on bills, but I felt there might be better ways to handle that situation, such as using security instead of placing this burden on patrons. During our meal, I received notifications that my card had been swiped before we even received our check. When I asked the server, he explained it was to ensure I had sufficient funds, which seemed excessive considering we'd only ordered appetizers and drinks. I later froze my card, and it turned out to be a good decision, as a charge of $149.03 was attempted after we left. Despite multiple calls to the restaurant, I initially couldn't reach anyone to resolve the issue. ‼ Update ‼ I'm happy to share that the manager, Shaunda, reached out to personally apologize for the inconvenience and explained the situation. There was a technical issue with their network, which caused a miscommunication between the portable pads and their main system, leading to the charge error. Shaunda was very transparent about the issue and assured me that they've used this as a learning opportunity. She even offered a gift card and assured me that in the future, I could request not to have my card pre-authorized if I felt uncomfortable. Her openness and commitment to resolving the issue really stood out. I appreciate the steps the restaurant is taking to improve, and Shaunda's call made me feel valued as a customer. This resolution gave me confidence that they are working hard to prevent similar issues from happening again. Note: One small thing--our $30+ mimosa carafe was more bubbles than liquid, which was unexpected. Hopefully, this is another area they'll address going forward.

Been in the streets tending to business and decided to have lunch at Quotes Willowbrook. Decided to try something other than the delicious hamburger. I ordered the CREOLE CATFISH served on top of a bed of dirty rice and smothered in creole crawfish sauce. -- grilled or fried. Mine was fried. It was different and good. My friend ordered the QUOTES COBB Field Greens, Romaine, Baby Spinach, Smoked Applewood Bacon, Avocado, Egg, Red Onion, Oven-Roa Tomatoes, & Blue Cheese Crumbles with grilled chicken. She said it was really delicious. Ten stars

I have to start by saying this was a great vibe with the waiter we had for blast. The vibe is absolutely incredible in there. People were so polite and everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. He explained the different elegant drinks for ladies but also explained that they have a full bar if we wanted something different. They have an inside and outside dining with fans to cool you even with the wind blowing. Now let's get to the entrees and the prices were very reasonable for both drinks and the meals. We got anywhere from Lamb Chops, Tacos, Oxtail Quesadillas, Hot Wings and so much more. We had 3 of the young ladies that birthday was in the same week which is why we took a girls trip. They brought us champagne for a celebration. They also have a photo area where you can take for remembering where you went.
